I was looking through the files and didn't see anything like this. Let's all work together on questions to ask when meeting with a doctor...

* Have you worked with PTs before? If so what type (benign, borderline, malignant)? How many   cases do you see? * What is my PT (B, BL, or M)?

* What additional scans or tests do you recommend?

* If the tumor is PT were clear margins obtained?

* If clear margins weren't obtained what is your recommendation on what to do next?

* Were 1 cm margins obtained?

* If not, what are my options regarding the recommended 1cm margins? Do you recommend these margins? If not, why not? If yes when will another surgery happen?

* Do you recommend radiation treatments? If yes, what are the forseeable benefits for me?

* If you have MPT is chemotherapy recommended? If so, why?

* What follow-up protocol should I follow post surgery?

*Were my results put into the formula developed in Singapore for the chance of recurrence?

As most of us know PT is so rare there really isn't a protocol in place for treatment or follow up testing. Please add or recommend any changes to questions!
